	The book entitled NOVAnu is the result of the collaboration between graphic artist Harry van Kuyk and the poet Hans Bouma. In his twentieth private publication Harry van Kuyk combines forty drawings of nudes with Bouma’s subtle poem cycle Noem haar lichaam bij de naam (Name her body by the name). Idea, design, cover design and drawings are created by the artist.


	‘Years ago I received from a friend of mine a type written text of a series of poems by the poet Hans Bouma. After reading them again I noticed a compelling parallel throughout his poetry and my work. I reread it dozens of times and the result was pure astonishment. […] How on earth was it possible that a poet and a visual artist, each with his own knowledge and craftsmanship and being domiciled miles and miles apart, came so close.'
